I sat down with a big glass of water to relax a few minutes. I've watered all the plants on the deck & gardens. It can be a job either pulling the Jose all over or trudging across the yard/ deck with a watering can. I cut some browning leaves off the Lenten Roses & sprayed weed killer on some poison ivy. I was moving along pretty well, listening to music 🎶 🎵 on Pandora.

I sorted through the 2 boxes of bulbs I bought Friday, separating out the 8 different varieties. I've been googling info on each one to decide exactly where to plant each one & tips on how to best plant them. A couple will do better if soaked first, so they're in water. I have some planters lining the edges of my patio that just have greenery in them. I think I'll put some of the bulbs in them for some color. I also have a pack of sunflower seeds to plant. Last ones I planted didn't get enough sun so they were kinda spindly. A lot of my yard gets a lot of shade.

There is rain forcast late this afternoon. There are some darkish clouds, but we've had sun most of today. Guess I better go put the hose away & get some of the sunflower 🌻 seeds in the ground. Then a light snack. Breakfast was a little higher calorie this morning....scrambled eggs with turkey bacon & cheese mixed in & a slice of cinnamon raisin toast & of course fresh fruit.

I was thinking earlier how it's been easier to keep my calories lower since we've not been having wine 🍷 with dinner every night. I can drink alcohol & still lose weight & maintain but that's about 246 calories, I don't have to worry about including. I enjoy wine with dinner but we've skipped some nights & had sparkling water instead.

OK....gonna move my butt & get some more stuff done!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
