I've gained some weight, to the point that I've gained 7 kgs in the past couple of months. What I'm doing as followed....

no sweets, or chocolate, or ice-cream.
checking my weight daily
only drinking milk, water - no cordial or non sugar drinks, no juice, plain coffee without milk.
fruit is fine
eggs are fine
bread and butter fine
cereal with non lactose full cream milk
intermittent fasting - 11.30 am to 7 pm
meat is fine
pasta is fine
most foods are ok to have, within reason.
So there you go. I've currently lost 1 kgs this past few days. Wish me luck.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
