😁 I'll take it !

Spent time in the gardens today....watering & I finally planted the last couple of Lenten Roses, a couple of Solomon's Seal tubers & some grassy stuff that actually tagged along with the Lenten Roses. I transplanted the hanging basket outside the kitchen window into a larger container. It's a grouping of Begonias, Coleus & Creeping Jenny that seemed cramped in the smaller pot I had it in.

Got in the afternoon walk.

Back to eating fewer calories today & I managed to come in under 1600. Lunch was a "snacky" plate of avocado, hummus, my favorite crispy crackers & some pickled guardiena (sp ??) I had some Smart 50 popcorn as a snack. Dinner was a chicken breast atop a big salad. No wine, etc today. I did have Pina Colada flavored sparkling water with dinner....the taste without the calories 😊

Off to bed & to probably finish reading my current book 📚
146.2 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
