I knew some of the decrease on the scale was water, so I can't be too disappointed I went up .2 again today. I did eat slightly more calories yesterday but still substantially under my allowed 1600.

Hopefully tomorrow I don't increase. I'll be happy to remain even 😊 We're joining friends for a Graduation Party & then some of us are gathering at one of the couple's home for drinks. 🍷🍻 They did a big remodel of their kitchen & due to Covid they weren't able to invite us over to see it.

No real work outside today, but I did sit out on the deck after breakfast to drink my 2nd cup of coffee. My allergies are really acting up today so I decided to have lunch in the sunroom & read. It had rained off & on but was very windy for awhile. I had a container of Thai sweet chili noodles for lunch. I wanted something else, so logged an estimate of my dinner ingredients into FS. I still had plenty of calories to spare so had a small bunch of grapes 🍇

The rain held off, so we were able to do our walk.

Our dinner is in the oven....Pork tenderloin with Sriracha Orange sauce, baby carrots 🥕 & petite medley potatoes 🥔
145.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've averaged 1320 calories for the week so far & ended today with 1314 cal. After dinner I had sugar free cherry jello & whipped cream and 1 Hershey's dark chocolate nugget. Although I maintained my goal weight up til January eating more calories, I'm glad I've done this reboot. My mindset had drifted into the "Oh, this little bit of whatever won't hurt". That's what got me in trouble before. I'm seeing I can be satisfied without nibbling so much between meals. I will get back to maintenance calories again, but I need to remember to spend them wisely.
