8 more days fluctuating just over where I'd like to be 😐

It's May 1st and I'm thinking I should seriously work on losing 3 to 5 lbs. That would mean eating under 1800 calories consistently til that happens. I probably could do it in 2 weeks max.
Just need to get motivated to do more than think about it.

I made myself a salad for lunch today. I don't usually eat salads at home for lunch since I eat so many for dinner. I was able to keep it just over 200 calories. Maybe that's should be a strategy....mix up what I usually do for awhile. I could easily shave off a few calories by limiting my wine intake & making sure my after dinner treat/ dessert is in the lower calorie range like I did when I was in weight loss mode..

I was also thinking I could get in a walk or 2 each week outside the neighborhood. Hubby doesn't seem interested in doing that, so I may have to make it a solitary walk. We used to go to the park with the dogs regularly but haven't done that in awhile.

Tonight's dinner is a frozen pizza with additional ingredients added (veggies). It's one of my favorites.

I could also start doing the yoga/ exercise routine I did last Spring & Summer. The weather is consistently nice enough I could do it outside, like I did then.

My routine lately has been to do some housework or gardening for a couple of hours or so then watch afternoon TV....either Netflix or DVR'D shows. Probably a good idea to spend more time outdoors & less on the sofa. Need to work on that.

Need to get the pizza in the oven....🍕🍷😊

147.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ended the day 8 calories over my 1800 calories goal & an average if 1829 calories for the week. Feeling positive about that.
