I cheated on Saturday really ate too much did not need the ham and cheese wrap at midnight I will be 153 by the end of the week Thank You Jesus no more cheating for me.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
