Family still here, so I've been loosely keeping track of calories. I'm not weighing everything....just eyeballing & trying to remember what I have eaten. Our Niece & Nephew are leaving for home tomorrow morning. My sister invited me to join her for a drive down to visit our other 2 sisters that live south of us. We're going down tomorrow after she gets off work & coming home on Saturday.

We've been out & about for the past few days. We had an early dinner out Friday & dropped by the Winery for a glass of wine. Saturday we went out for a late lunch then went to the Outlet Mall for a little shopping. Sunday I cooked brunch, then we spent the afternoon at the Winery enjoying some local musical entertainment. We stopped for Wings & brought them home for dinner. Yesterday, the guys went over to hang out with our neighbor and our Niece & I did some shopping. She was in search of a couple of things she couldn't find in Canada. We sat out on the deck enjoying the sunny, warm weather & a snack after we all got back to the house. Last night we barbecued steaks & had a night in. Afterwards we called our other Niece & Nephew in Canada for a chat. Today has been raining, so Hubby put a fire in the fireplace, and we watched a movie.

I went down a few days ago quite a lot, but I think I may have been dehydrated. I had skipped lunch & dinner was a salad with Salmon...so pretty low cal.

Since then, I bounced back up but have gradually gone down every day by a few lbs.

I'm sure there will be several meals out while I'm with my sisters. I'll try to be conservative & get back to normal by the weekend.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
