well my name is after the Book I Authored cal The Real Estate 1 Percent Rule (TM), Creat Passive Income and The Wealth You Desire. www.RE1PercentRule.com
I started my journey October 1, 2020 after recovering from COVID and realized that I have never got to this weight ever 330 lbs. so I hired a trainer, worked out 4 to 5 days a week and began my weight loss and life style change. I ended up losing 25 lbs by January 2021. then stalled. until April when I started to loose my balance and walking ability. in a matter of 8 weeks was no longer was able to walk with assistance tools. I was using two canes to walk. I went to the Smoky mountains for 3 weeks to work on my, meditate and hike. well now I only did 2 hikes. one that took 2 hrs to do 1.6 Miles 700 feet in elevation increase and 5 to 20% gradient and I used 2 hiking sticks to get to the water fall. except it took me 4Hrs and 40 minutes. that being said I went down to 1500 calories from 2000 because I needed to lose 50 more pounds before my back surgery. between May 15th and August the 4th I was able to lose 25 lb. two surgeons reviews to operate and the third one has done my second back surgery before and he agreed knowing how muscular I am and that my BMI is better than what they thought. so I dropped to 280 by the time the surgery took place. and maintained the weight building rehab however between January 1st 2022 and February 15th 2022 I gained 15 lb now. the last 4 weeks have been maintaining 2,200 calories and working out 4 to 5 days a week and I'm stable but no weight loss. my goal for this year is a loss of 55 lb by December 31st 2022. so I decided that in order to change the outcome something different has to be done so I'm dropping the calories to 1800 day instead of 2,200 a day keeping my carbs to protein to the one ratio no more than 2.5 to 1 ratio and I appreciate the best family and their support because I'm determined to lose the weight this year and another 55 lb by the end of December 2023 to get down to for 180 total pounds for my weight which be awesome and maintain it before my daughter's wedding. thank you for the support and I'm grateful for such community.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey 1%. I was kind of curious as to why you would be on a diet with higher carbs then protein? I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, that's actually the norm. for those that are eating a normal diet with no purpose to loose weight or gain muscle. But being as though your goal is to loose weight and your working out 4-5 days a week, it might be better to be on a high protein low carb diet. Those type of diets are known to promote weight loss, preserve muscle mass, improve blood sugar control, lower your risk of heart disease, and enhance bone health, to name a few things... I was just reading over your plan and thought this may be something worth your consideration..
