So I'm serious again after the week of celebrations. I was happy to see the numbers on the scale today😆after eating almost half my birthday cake.
But I'm jumping back on track...counting them calories and getting my exercise in. I'm doing this!!!
160.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
