Water weight gain, we had Jambalaya last night and it was salty!!! But very good, I’m drinking a lot fruit water today to get the salt out.😀
181.9 lb Lost so far: 60.3 lb.    Still to go: 74.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
