A little drop not bad as couldn’t exercise this week due to being on my own with kids. I did imagine doing some exercises before kids woke up but life was too short for that and I took the extra time in bed before my two whirlwinds were up! 😆
153.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely 😊 especially when I think that after Valentine’s Day on Monday I had eaten really well so I was pleased to have zeroed the wkd and Monday and lost!
