Getting creative without my go-to foods. (eggs, bread, margarine) but eating well! I do have a well stocked freezer.
Tialpia and veggies in the toaster oven, turkey pepperoni pizza on a LC tortilla for the first time. 15 bean soup w/ham-hock and fried okra with chopped onion. I do still have catsup and yogurt! Oh yum!

My car is still iced over so rather than risk another fall, I am waiting for Tuesday to pick up when we are supposed to hit 62...and I'll have today and Monday for further thawing.

Retirement is such a blessing! I am a happy woman!
233.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
