Added some weight recently - will get it off using shakes and well balanced meals - and working out every day to burn 1,000 active calories - goal is still to get to 195 lbs. Estimated time to do it is by May 2022.

Strategy for weight loss will be consistently closing my circles on Apple Watch 6.
Plus exercising everyday doing cardio and average burning , at least, 700 Active Calories daily. I will strive to average 1,000 active calories a day, 3,000 Total Calories but to close my Apple watch circle each day I must do a minimum of 700 MOVE CALORIES.

208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
