I stopped drinking my sweet espresso drinks for five days and started counting my calories and paying attention to my nutrition intake as well as calories. Apparently a 2000 calorie diet is more beneficial than a 4000 calorie one. Go figure, go me!!! And I have been laid up with a sore neck, shoulder , saiatica and healing from my sprained ankle I did a month ago 😊
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
