got a total knee replacement coming in mid July. I want to lose 30lbs before then. I'm also changing more workout routine to include more leg work. the goal is to go into surgery, then rehab in the the best possible shape I can. I want to get thru rehab fast, and get back to riding my motorcycle before the end of summer
240.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 January 2022:
1821 kcal Fat: 72.64g | Prot: 149.04g | Carb: 158.11g.   Breakfast: Musclegen Genepro Protein Powder, PBfit Peanut Butter Powder , Oatmeal. Lunch: Juanita's Foods Tortilla Chips, Kirkland Signature Albacore Solid White Tuna in Water, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish . Dinner: Poultry Gravy, Green Peas , Kraft Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix, Mashed Potato, Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked) , Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked) . Snacks/Other: Girl Scout Cookies Toffee-Tastic. more...

If you can get a couple of sessions with the PT people now. Practicing those exercises now will put you miles ahead after surgery. Muscle Memory is a wonderful thing. Did both knees the same year 7/19 & 11 /19. Recovery was amazing wish I had the forethought to drop the weight too. Since then down 70#+. Good Luck! You pre-planning will pay off!
