Birthday celebrations gain, so no complaints (actually am surprised it wasn’t more!)

Last year this time I was at 88kgs. 2021 saw me drop to 83 and bounce back up to 87kgs, with my mental health taking a pounding.

This year I’m prioritising my mental health and persisting on my healthy journey - however long it takes - so am pretty chuffed with my progress of 3kgs net loss in a year.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
