I tried to control the afternoon calories today. Breakfast was 1/2 an Everything bagel with sliced ham & sharp cheddar with fresh fruit. A few more calories but I had a bowl of Smart 50 popcorn this afternoon. And I did the afternoon neighborhood walk.

Dinner is Buffalo chicken breast with roasted carrots & green beans. Trying to revive dinner heavy on veggies.

I had to go out yesterday to buy some Birthday cards. While I was out I bought a new puzzle. For some reason I'm not as likely to think of snacking while I'm working on a puzzle as when I'm watching TV or reading. So a good cold weather distraction 😊

145.6 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
