Today i stayed below 1200 calories. I'm feeling sore but still going to try to do some exercise. Good night my fsf...try to keep away from the midnight snacking😆
166.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
