Intermittent fasting works! I’m on the 18/6. Tell me if you have had success with this.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week

I tried it and really liked that I could eat what I wanted but i have tendency to bing eat so it didn’t work so well for me .

I’ve been trying intermittent fasting, I have started it this past week. Just eating dinner a bit early and breakfast slightly later. I love that I am waking up not bloated.

Consistency is key for me that’s why it works for me. I work out before breaking my fast, then drink plenty water.
