This the morning of day 9 on this journey and the scale has moved in a downward position to 166.6 lbs recording that I am 6.2lbs lighter. But I can't get excited yet as I have to keep this weight off plus go down some more this week to prove that the challenge can be sustainable.
This week's goal, keep the scale going down...even by 1lb.
Exercise for 1 hr each day...
