Soooo, I'm now on day 8 of my journey towards being 35lbs lighter. I did a full week of cabbage soup diet, yes to shed water weight I guess, but mostly I think it's about the discipline that I'll need to go forward. Today is day 7 and I'm down 5.3lbs. I'm motivated to go on as I have to work to keep it off then work even harder to shed more lbs. my first goal is to shed 10lbs by march2, my birthday.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
