We had a scary thunderstorm last night right about the time we were getting ready for bed. There was potential for tornadoes, but thankfully it all blew through with no damage. It has been quite warm but the forecast is for 20's overnight by Sunday. It rained all day today so no walk again.

I got a new Shark vacuum cleaner so spent some time today vacuuming all the downstairs rooms. Also washed 3 loads of laundry....although I still have a load in the dryer & one in the washer...guess I better get to finishing that 😏

I redeemed a giftcard for Hulu today & watched 2 episodes of "Handmaids Tale". I wish there wasn't so much time between seasons for some of these series. I lose the continuity & forget who characters are 😐 Thankfully Google is available to remind me.

I didn't do great with total calories yesterday. I seem to be topping 2000 these days, but have still maintained reasonably well. Usually, I try to stay around 1800 a few days a week. That hasn't been working for a couple of weeks.

Turkey sausage on the menu tonight. Planning to roast some mini sweet peppers, green beans & onion as sides....maybe Jasmine rice.

OK....need to go fold a load of laundry before I feed the dogs & make dinner 😁

144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
