Iam kinda stuck at 230lbs and having a hard time losing. But at least I haven't gained any. Iam just going to keep trying!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would try to break under 230 by doing one or two days of a water or juice fast. Or, if that sounds too daunting, do one or two days where you keep your total intake of calories to under 500 calories per day. You need to break that 230 pound psychological barrier, then you can continue along your merry way. I know I should duck after making a comment like this... :-)

I would stick to the program, but maybe look at what you've been eating and see if there is anything that might be the culprit (for me, I have to be very careful about eating beef, it always hinders my weight loss), and also make sure you are consuming enough water.

Sometimes our bodies just stick at a weight that we're comfortable at, usually a weight that you were at previously for a long period of time. Give your body some time to adjust, keep eating right, and you'll be back on track in no time.
