So my stress level went up like crazy so I gained a bit of weight. I was able to get it off though before my weigh in by upping my cardio. I run/jog ten to twenty minutes a day and it's really showing a difference. Hopefully I can start dropping more this week.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
