I had a rough weekend but I made it through without gaining any weight so I guess my body is all for me losing the weight. I ate badly and spent most of Sunday in bed with a very bad migraine but feeling better today and ready to tackle the weight and day again.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
