162.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb. Still to go: 37.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.7 lb a week

"ruh roh" is from Scooby-doo = "uh-oh" in Scooby dog speech! Weight is UP TWO POUNDS PLUS and I don't want it to be!
