how can that be. I was very careful yesterday and stopped eating long before 5 p.m.. I also worked in the garden. Ho hum let that be a lesson. What I do carries over for several days.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
