So far doing good. Just keep going on the track I am on with no smoking, watching calorie intake and working out. Family is arguing a little but we are supporting each other.I have met all my challenges this week.:)
264.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
