😳 Ok, that's enough!! At the top end of acceptable weight. Need to scale it back a little.

I did get in extra steps today....up & down the attic stairs hauling the boxes of Christmas decorations down. The attic entrance is in the garage so I then had to carry everything in the house to the dining room where I'm staging everything. I got a late start cause Hubby was installing the new toilet & needed my "help". It was actually a lot of standing by waiting til he needed me. I did have to crouch down & help him lift the toilet several times as he was figuring some stuff out. I could feel all the leg activity when we took our afternoon walk.

I unpacked 3 boxes of decor & it's all out on my dining room table waiting for my creative juices to kick in & decide what I want to do and where I want to put different pieces. I've been trying to look back at photos from last year to remind myself what I did. I did switch out the Summer themed garden flags for the Christmas ones I have, hung the wreath on the front door & plugged in a Santa nightlight in the guest bath. Not a lot of progress considering what I have left to do!

I need to get my Covid booster...planning to do that tomorrow & I need to run by the Library. I'm almost finished with my current book. I'm hoping the booster doesn't put me down for a day like the 2nd shot did 😕

I'm not usually an early riser unless I have plans or an appointment that I need to get to. Guess that may need to be different for the immediate future....I have to stop doing whatever I'm working on @ 5 PM each day to walk with Hubby & the dogs before dark.

145.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
