Visiting my Grandma and she only has an ancient analog scale. It says something vaguely between 144 and 146 so this is a best guess.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm a horrible lazy person. Same as I was. No ass on the grass yet. I might try taking some yoga classes again in the new year and ask the instructors for some tips. There's a fiddly bit with the positioning of your hips when you get low enough and that's where I'm stuck. Sometimes I get them positioned right and I can go really low and if I do it wrong I get this sharp pain and have to plop forward to get back out of the split.

😂 You’ll get there. Just not have to give up. It’s like stocks, if you haven’t sold out you haven’t lost. Yoga seems to be incredible for the body. Hope you like it 👍
