2468 kcal Fat: 120.43g | Prot: 138.29g | Carb: 214.83g.   Breakfast: Avocados , Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer, Peanut Butter, Fried Egg. Lunch: Stir Fried Vegetables, Plain Crepe, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Chicken Stir Fry, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned), Raspberries, Pascual Sweetened Plain Greek Yogurt (Pascual), Blueberries, Danone Actimel. Dinner: Mayonnaise , Cauliflower , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Fresh), Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat) . Snacks/Other: Soft Pretzels, Decathlon Protein Bar (22G). more...
