Yes you got it goddess. The idea is to increase lean muscle mass by cycling like that over n over. With increase load in your workouts of coarse 😂 if you do that without increasing your workouts you’ll just gain mostly fat

Dang!!! When I read that yesterday, I’m like,” dude…respect!!” This yogi can’t even eat one 😂😂 So how many 🌭🌭 could you eat in a row? Ever test that out?? 😂

I don’t know if that’s a metaphor for something???? 🤔 but no never a fan of hotdogs literal and metaphorically speaking 🤣 but I could eat a box of large pizza. I was having so much trouble during this bulk cuz all the foods I eat are Whole Foods so they take up a lot of room in your stomach. When I was spreading it through out the day it was killing me. Then luckily I was like why not do what I do best. So I split it into 2 meals. Mornings after my workouts is when I’m hungriest so I’ll eat 1400-1500 calories in that sitting and it makes dinner easy. Like I would lose to a big guy consuming food throughout the day but in a sitting I could hold my own

Lol I cook a lot and I enjoy it, when I have time. I rarely eat out, unless I’m visiting friends. In fact, I’m working from home today, this app is wayyyyyy too distracting 😂, so I’m making a pan of lasagna for my neighbor. It’s baking now. She fell last week and broke her wrist😩 I thought she’d have a couple of meals where she doesn’t have to cook. I’ll post that if it looks decent. I’m shy to post anything for myself….I mean, you saw my plating skills the other day with the cheese and pepperoni 😂😂

You should definitely post some! That’s very surprising to me cuz here I thought you survive on cheese n wine. Like a drunk mouse 🐁🥴🤣 I think you have to be the sweetest person on earth. To do that for your neighbor. You spread happiness all around here, you’re a pretty groovy chick 😉 You probably never hated anyone in your life and that’s not a bad thing

My career requires me to be a hardass so in my personal life, I’m pretty mellow ☯️ You’re pretty groovy yourself friend, spreading your encouragement and knowledge on here ☺️
