Major jump for some water retention. Went on a good hike yesterday at a new spot. About 8 miles with a couple hundred feet of elevation changes. If you want a good calf workout just hike a good distance over uneven ground covered in dried leaves.

The new spot we found is only 20 minutes a way. Can't believe we waited so long to visit. Hiking is one of our favorite activities. Thinking I'd getting some bouldering approach shoes to amp up the challenge level.
