In spite of eating over 1900 calories the past couple of days, I was down a bit. Something I ate Tues. (maybe Saurkraut...I ate a lot) may have helped with the "elimination" 😐 of everything yesterday morning.

I had to take advantage of a couple of coupons so I ran over to the Mall after my appointments for Mammogram /Bone scan yesterday. I had made seperate appointments for them but the tech did the mammogram did walked me into another room & did my bone scan. That was nice so I didn't end up spending as much time as I expected there. I had a coupon for a free full size body product @ Bath & Body Works so I used that on body lotion....Used 20% off on 2 Christmas scented candles & an aromatherapy "Energy" scrub (all on sale) I also had $10 off @ Eddie Bauer...found a fleece pullover on sale for 50% off 😊 I debated on whether I should buy the medium or large. Both fit but I went with the large cause I liked it a bit oversized. Then I came home to avoid temptation to spend any more money....defeating the purpose of saving money with the coupons!

It just started raining. It held off til after dark so we got our afternoon walk in before.

We did a video call with our daughter & granddaughter last night so we were able to "meet" the new addition. ❤ She's doing well! And of course is beautiful 😍

I caught up with my sister (next to the youngest) this morning by phone. I'll see her for Thanksgiving.

My family is responding to a group message as I type out my journal of what everyone is contributing for Thanksgiving lunch 🍗🍲🌽🥕🥧 Everything's sounds good! Hard to believe we're only 2 weeks away.

I need to go finalize dinner...I think we're having pizza & a salad.



142.2 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
