Last Week I maintained between between 142.2 to 143.8 6 out of 7 days. One day I bumped up to 143.2. That was eating an average of 1900 calories. I'm leaving my calorie goal @ 1800 for now but I think I'm resetting my goal weight to 142...up 2 lbs. from 140. On a whim I lowered my goal to 139 then 140, but I'm really not doing anything to lose right now. I'll be perfectly happy to maintain where I am through the Holidays. I get to eat pretty much what I like as long as I don't overdo it. I can even have a day here & there I go off plan without doing too much damage.

The weather was sunny & warm today, so I did some work outside. I cleaned out our storage bin & put away planter pots for the Winter. We moved some of the deck furniture back in place & I put some of the plants back out from the garage. The weather is forecast is nice for a few days before we get freezing temperatures overnight again.

After several false alarms over the past couple of weeks my granddaughter finally went into labor yesterday. Our great granddaughter arrived just before 10 PM (Texas time). She is healthy & perfect. She looks just like her Mom, so of course is beautiful 😍 💕 I have to wait til next month to meet her...They're coming Dec.14th. I can't wait!!

Porkchops & Saurkraut for dinner. I found some bone in chops @ the Walmart grocery here in town. Either a salad or brussels sprouts with them...not sure yet.

Almost time for our afternoon walk. It was getting dark last night as we getting back at almost 6 PM.

Watching the Voice results show later tonight. The contestants are being narrowed down from 20 to 13. Some of them were good but not outstanding last night...some not so good...til the last performance. She was great!! Wendy Moten sang " I will always love you". She has my vote!

I'm scheduled for a Mammogram & a bone scan tomorrow. Hopefully my bones are healthy 😊
142.4 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
