I’m obviously really pleased, because I’ve eaten really well and trained well this last week, but as I’ve said on here before, daily and even weekly weigh ins can be confusing, so it’s best to take the monthly figure, and if that’s a loss for us , then that’s a win.

Paula - Thank you, I think it was due to the fear about adding 5kg ankle weights for flutter kicks, it was a stress loss 🤣🤣💪🏻

So true Jamie, I do what I call the "don't step on the scale everyday" challenge because I'm aware the small steps taken every day bring about the big change, but it takes every drop of discipline not to hop on the scale real quick 😅🙈

Also, great job! That's a good loss you've achieved!

I prefer to weigh myself usually twice a week but at least once.. otherwise I start going the wrong way..

Hello Jamied, firstly very weldone. What kind of food do you eat per week? As I need to lose 3lbs but seem to be stalemate. Ideas Warmley welcome. Merry Mel.

JulzMP- I can understand how tempting it is to want to step on those scales to see if it’s good! And In the past I have weighed in lots of times in the week, but with the constant fluctuations, it can just get demoralising sometimes!

31Ross- I hear you! I understand why you want to be kept accountable!

Marge - it’s not as bad as it sounds, I would get up at 5 anyway for work, so it’s only a little bit earlier, and the streets are empty then! Perfect running conditions 👍🏻🤣
