Pretty apparent 2200 calories is too little for maintenance …still dropping, but my abs are becoming more visible, which I love…and the scale tells me 16% body fat. The Miller and Robinson Ideal Weight Formulas say 161 to 165 lbs for a 41 year old 6’ tall male, so…what’s a guy to do? Let’s go 2400 calories per day this week and see what happens. 🤷🏻‍♂️
