Whoa! Caught me by surprise! 😁😁 Glad for the check in though thanks! I guess the next step is to add some more cardio to my program to see if that helps and to really watch my macros. My protein hasn't been as high as it should be, tbh. I haven't lost enough weight yet to justify a reduction in calories. Once I hit 210, I'll do a reassessment and change my intake so I can stay in a deficit. I'm also changing my workouts to include slightly more difficult movements to activate more muscle growth. My next 3 month block begins in another week or so, so I'm gearing up for that.
