Four week check-in with the dietician; not much movement in overall weight, but body composition showed I’m 1kg down in pure fat while have built some muscle! 💪🏻
187.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
