Any advice on stretching? Problem is- I'm super limber. Ugh. I can, without any "pull", put. my feet together with knees on floor, put palms on floor, put foot on above waist height bar, and touch toes, touch ankle doing side stretches, I could, if my sacroiliac wasn't weird, touch my foot to back of head. No stretch at all. Any suggestions?
185.7 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
