I really hope I’ll be losing on all my weigh-ins going forward. On Friday I celebrated a full year of going to gym... It feels good knowing that I didn’t give up. I will keep going because I have chosen health 😊💪🏽
193.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
