Goals are to reach 195 Lbs; to continue dropping BMI from 27.3 to 25 or below. Also, to reduce Body Fat from 28.8 to 24.0.
Introduce walking and treadmill into my workout routine but first building up my walking capability by regularly getting on the treadmill.
Since October 1st I have averaged a mile a day swimming in a pool that is 20 yards long - every five laps equates to a football field and a mile swim equates to about 18 football fields.
So all this exercise plus close track of my eating should lead to my goals being reached.
