definitely time to start my diet again n start counting those calories and nutrients..had my holiday ( which was a fantastic 10 days in Corfu with one of my daughters) now time to comense battle!
118.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
