Looks like I haven't been doing a good job of tracking those calories 😬😬😬 Time to double up the efforts of going back and listening to my body as well. there's been too many snuck snacks... 😏
135.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
