My Goal Weight as of October 4th is 195 lbs. and my starting weight is 205 lbs. as of the 4th of October, 2021.
My primary exercise is swimming averaging over 3/4 of a mile a day in September and trying to improve upon that during October. The pool I swim in is 60 feet long so 5 laps = 300 feet or 100 yards. I swam an average of 13 football fields a day during September. Today (October 4, 2021), I swam 1.3 Miles.
I'm 82 years of age, 6 Feet tall, and really need to work on getting my weight down to 195 and then holding that weight.
In addition to exercise, I plan on closely monitoring my intake of food using fat secret food tracking system.
