My body decided 175 is it…I have to assume some muscle is being added because I’m still in caloric deficit every day. Started my morning pre-workout protein waffle routine today. Raising net carbs slowly from <50g to 75g to start the move off keto.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
