Had to go make sure yesterday's weight loss was legit, I was convinced I would step on the sale and I would weigh more than when I started. I guess I'm just used to the scale going up not down.

but this time is different.
207.9 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
