Setelah kemarin REST BODY dari per-diet-an, dan Cheat day,, makan sesuka hatiku 😂😂😂. Kalau di hitung kemarin bisa makan sampai 3000-5000kcal kali yah,, martabak aja 5 potong yang gede-gede dan tebel, terus bakso 1 mangkok,, makan nasi putih bisa 400g, ikan goreng, roti 4 tangkap pakai meses lagi, mendoan 2 lembar.. hal hasil tadi pagi BB naik 0,6kg hahahah,, tapi worth it lah kan. Enjoy the process
