Hey FSF! Been a minute since posted... This month has been a month of maintenance/dropping the few pounds I gained on vacation. Feeling really positive about staying relatively flat for an entire month. I think the lifestyle change is taking hold. looking forward to starting to cut again this week. What's been an inspiration to you lately on your weight loss journey? I'd love to hear about it in the comments 🥰
