Just keeps going up!!! Not mad at that, I've incorporated more weight lifting into my exercise, I stayed within my calorie range 6/7 days this week (that one day tho....made it worth it!! LOL)
255.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
